GENERAL

Commissioning me means that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to using the art for personal use only (unless agreed otherwise) and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to a blacklist.
Please provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront if you have any, including any reference and such before I start working.

PAYMENTS

Payment is upfront.
Payment plans are exclusively for requests over €50 / 50USD and will be discussed before accepting the request. Make sure to let me know what your preferences are.
Make sure to get exactly what you want as I do not offer any refunds once the request is accepted.
Invoices will be accepted once I can start the commission, which gives you time to think about it thoroughly.

REVISIONS

I will provide screenshot for progress updates for all requests.
No revisions for the "Sketch" requests unless it's mistakes on the character(s) design(s).
All other requests can have up to 5 revisions, so please be clear and precise about what you want changed as after that charges may apply or I may refuse.
Unless I have approved, you may not edit the work once delivered.
If I don't get any answer after 10 days, I will auto-approve the revision and go on to the next step.

USE

Feel free to use it as wallpapers, icons, headers, etc anywhere you want WITH PROPER CREDIT.
Final product can be edited to fit a certain ratio (example: wallpaper, lockscreen, etc) but it must be discussed before handing over the file.
You are allowed to print and/or create any physical reproduction of the commission as long as it is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed otherwisz.
You ARE NOT ALLOWED to use my art for generative AI training and NFTs.
Unless you have bought the MONETIZED CONTENT and the COMMERCIALIZATION rights, you are not allowed to make a profit off of products/use my work to make a profit.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain all copyright over my work. This includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, all with proper credit.
You may not claim my work as your own.
You may not trace or copy the art. Reference and inspiration is fine.
You may not resell it.

REFUNDS

No refunds once I have started the sketch phase.
If a commission is cancelled before I have sent the first update, I will refund 100%.

QUEUE, SCHEDULE, SPEED AND DEADLINES

Time taken to finish a commission will depend on the size and nature of said commission.
I give myself two months to finish commissions starting THE MOMENT I START SAID COMMISSION! Having a job as an autistic person is hard for me, so I may be slow as I am often tired. Hopefully I can one day quit my job to dedicate all of my time to art...
If the timeline needs any adjustments, client will be informed of it immediately.
It may take me between a few days up to a week to revise your request.
I do not take rush orders, they will automatically be refused.
In the case of due dates, you take full responsibility to ensure good and prompt communication. I will not be responsible for late delivery if the client is unresponsive.
Harassment over my work speed will not be tolerated, regardless of how long has passed.
